What a recall repair costs you

Nothing. You pay nothing for the recall work itself, whether you bought your Audi from us, from another dealer or from a private seller.

Paid for a repair before a recall was announced? You may be able to get that money back. Bring your receipt and ask us.

Recall or service campaign?

Audi’s lookup shows both. A safety recall fixes a problem that affects safety and is tracked by NHTSA. A service campaign is a fix Audi chooses to make, such as a software update. Both are done at no cost when they apply to your car.

Book your recall repair with us

Give us your VIN when you book. That lets us check that the parts for your recall are available before you come in. Many recall repairs are quick, but some need the car longer, so ask how long yours will take.
