Automotive Parts Advisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
- Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock.
- Complete special order part request for customers and service personnel.
- Communicate with customers on parts status.
- Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
Automotive Parts Advisor Qualifications:
- Dealership Experience (preferred but not required. Will train the right person)
- Current Drivers License.
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to start ASAP preferred!
- Have strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented
- Professional appearance
- Strong work ethic
- Great communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen
