Audi quattro® all-weather inspection
Pittsburgh's hills, freeze-thaw cycles and road salt are hard on any car. A quattro® all-weather inspection at Audi Sewickley checks the parts that keep your Audi planted and stopping well, before the worst weather arrives. Audi-trained technicians use factory diagnostic tools and genuine Audi parts.
What we check
The inspection covers drivetrain fluid levels and condition, driveshafts and CV boots, tire tread depth and wear patterns on all four corners, brake pads and rotors, and suspension components. We also scan the vehicle's electronic systems with Audi diagnostic tools. You get a clear report before any work is done.
Why it matters here
Uneven tire wear, a torn CV boot or low drivetrain fluid are easier and cheaper to fix when they're caught early. Climbing in and out of the Sewickley valley, the North Hills and the South Hills, plus a winter of salt, adds wear that's worth checking at least once a year.
When to schedule
Fall, before the first snow, is the best time. A second check in spring, after the salt season, catches anything winter left behind. Any repairs we recommend are quoted before we start, and nothing is done without your approval.
